Thomas bietet das nicht an. Auch andere Tuner wo ich mich informiert habe, haben direkt abgewunken wo sie 37kW gehört haben.

 

@smart45005 ich fahre das Tuning von Thomas. Damit es aber voll seine Leistung entfalten kann musste ich das Taktventil aktivieren, daher der ganze Aufwand. Das Tuning von Thomas ist absolut empfehlenswert! 
Ich bin auf deinen Test gespannt.

 

Das Thema hat mich jetzt auch ordentlich Zeit, Nerven und Geld gekostet.

Star Diagnosis C4 has arrived. I've obtained the full software package, and Xentry and DAS are working perfectly. Incidentally, it's all running on a Windows 11 64-bit laptop; contrary to what some might say, it works. 

First, the control valve in DAS was activated. It clicks audibly on the vehicle. Great, so it's working.

Then I went to Vediamo, only to be disappointed – no connection to the control units was possible. So I did a quick Google search, and found that version 5 isn't compatible with the 450 (apparently the K-line drivers are missing)! So I got version 4. After some trial and error, the connection to the control unit finally worked – jackpot! – I thought…

It took me quite a while to figure out how to unlock the control unit. 
Finally, the connection is established, and the control unit is unlocked. So, on to variant coding. 
I changed the power output and tried to input it into the control unit, but it wasn't accepted. Other codings work. It definitely seems to be locked.

 

I've already bought a used ECU from a 61 hp engine as Plan B. I'll eventually remove my current ECU and read the EEPROM directly to see if I can modify it there. If that doesn't work, or if I brick the thing, then Plan B will kick in: I'll swap it out and reprogram it. That will definitely work.

Hey, I saw your post where you used DAS on a Smart 450 and activated the Taktventil / wastegate bypass regulator valve and heard it clicking.

I’m trying to reproduce that actuator test using an ELM327 and Car Scanner on a Smart 450 with the MEG_450 ECU.

Would you be able to tell me the exact raw KWP2000 command that DAS sends when you activate the Taktventil? Ideally I’m looking for the TX/RX hex from a diagnostic trace, something like:

TX: ... 30 XX ...

RX: ... 70 XX ...

If you don’t have the command directly, could you possibly record a DAS/Vediamo communication trace while running the actuator test once and send me the relevant lines?

Alternatively, if you have the MEG_450.CBF file from Xentry/DAS, that would also help because I can extract the actuator command from it.

The specific actuator I need is “Wastegate bypass regulator valve” / Taktventil / Ladedruckregelventil.

Thanks — I only need the raw command/identifier, not the whole Xentry installation.
