Hello, I'm italian, so sorry for the lenguage... I bought an aux cable from ebay to connect my radio to an external input. When I put it on the back of the radio it doesn't work. Loking on other pictures I see there are about 4 cables that enter on the iso connector but I have3 cables. Can someone tell me if this may be the problem? May someone help me? Thank you
